See the message below from Stephen Stark. Rotary will need hosts in each club for the GSE team from Japan that will be in Jefferson City from May 1 to May 5. More details will follow. Please let me know if you can possibly help with hosting one of these individuals.

Subject: Rotary Group Study from Japan
GOOD DAY. As a member of Breakfast Rotary and as an alumnus (before I was a Rotarian) of the 1999 Group Study Exchange to Kanagawa, Japan, I have been asked to assist with making arrangements for our visiting GSE team from Japan. Ms. Dee Hudson of Warrensburg, the District GSE Coordinator, will be receiving biographic information of the Japanese team sometime next week. However, I was wondering if each club might announce at its meetings that
we will need host families when the Japanese team arrives in Jefferson City on May 1st staying until May 5th. The Japanese team will be attending the District Conference, but we will need to plan for other activities. I will
