Hi, Sally Graham:

It was nice to share ideas via telephone today RE:  JC Rotary West's upcoming Art Auction in February.    Here's a preliminary summary of some points:

1)  I have forwarded information to JCTV-3 for their placement on their announcement board.

2)  As noted, I would be happy to host a TV show that would interview you and another member of the Rotary West Club for televising on JCTV-3

3)  Please have Dr. Dick bring a few posters to his dental office for me to pick up and place in strategic places around the city.  

4)  Important!  Please send your information also to Murphy Tetley to place on the Rotary West Club's world wide web site.

Hi Tony,
I am doing PR for our Art Auction on February 28 and upon going through the
information from last year I noticed that Carla had contacted you about other
Rotary Clubs e-mail addresses and other information. You also mentioned
something about a "sign board" on cable TV. Can you give me any information
about that.

I can use any other input you might have to make this a successful Art Auction. The money is going to Samaritain Center and Hospice. We are hoping for a great crowd. Invitiation will go out the first week in February. I have posters, a press release, ads for the newspaper, talked to radio and Tv stations about interviews, etc.

I appreciate your ongoing help in this endeavor.
