Clothing and supplies collection for Zambia was a big success. Richters took a fully loaded SUV + trailer to Mulima's sister in St. Louis. Donations are still coming in, and will be delivered to St. Louis before Saturday, when the container will be shipped.
Bulb orders are in. The club voted to sell Christmas gift bulbs (Amaryllis, etc) as well. Some of our bulb money has recently been applied to the South School Mentoring Program.
Tony Hiesberger and Harry Richter attended the Rotary membership development conference at the Lodge of the Four Seasons last weekend. They shared some of the ideas they heard - to add new members, and to retain existing members.
President Laura announced that we have received a new supply of club banners and 4-way test pens.
