The Jefferson City Evening Rotary Club, at its February 23 meeting, agreed to sponsor an outbound youth exchange student for the 2004-2005 school year.
William Phillips, currently a sophomore at Jefferson City High School, will spend his junior year in Japan. We will arrange for William to address our club, both before and after his experience.
