Member Mark Buxton brought *excellent* refreshments.
Our scheduled speaker was unable to attend, so we improvised with our program.
Member Jeff Kunce gave a short presentation on his 25-year career in engineering computing at the Missouri Department of Conservation.
Member Harry Richter presented his biography, highlighting his family (wife Rotarian Suzanne Richter, three daughters and two sons) and his careers as both a Pharmacist and a Dentist. His community activities include long-term involvements in Scouting, Youth Soccer, Church and Rotary.
Business items and reminders included:
- Next week's meeting will be a visitation by our new District Governor R. D. Ross.
- The Blood Drive is our next service project.
- Our "adopted highway", the new segment of Mo 179, is now open.
- Dues are due! A year-end Treasurer's report is forthcoming.
Member Tony Hiesberger won the drawing, and drew the ace of spades. The Joker is still lurking.
The club board met immediately after the club meeting.
